How we clean rugs better than the competition: When we get your rug, the first thing we do is adjust the settings on our machine, so that it is specifically for your type of rug. From car rugs to expensive heirloom silk rugs, we can provide an unparalleled level of cleaning.
We use a machine to assist us with deep rug cleaning. We also use special brushes, cleaning agents and a special drying room. The secret to our rug cleaning is our process!
2. How we get the deepest clean for your rugs: Next, we remove all dust and loose dirt from the rug. This is achieved by a vibrational mechanism on our machine. We also target stains with special brushes and cleaning agents that keep the structural integrity of the individual piles safe. Then comes the deep cleaning. This involves water jets, infused with cleaning agents, with two lines of brushing systems (equipped with soft bristles) that clean your rug to its very foundation.
We hand wash your rug AND use a machine to assist us, for a deeper cleaning.
3. We dry the rug carefully, so that it doesn’t warp or shrink: After cleaning, the rug is squeezed of excess water and then put into a tubular centrifuge that spins at 1200 rpm’s. When removed, it is about 97% dry. We then lay the rug on a table and meticulously examine for excess filaments. After an inspection, we use our dehumidifying drying room.
After the rug is spun in our machine to remove excess water, we hang it in our dehumidifying room.
4. The finishing step to a clean rug: The last step is hand brushing each rug down to its very bristles. After it is inspected and dried, we wrap it back up for delivery, back to your door. It is VIP rug cleaning service through and through!
